- The air conditioning wasn’t cold even after complaining to the hotel, and they didn’t provide any solution. - The lights were dim, almost like they were broken. - Body shampoo, hair shampoo, and conditioner were all combined into one, one tube settle head to toe - To get a hair dryer, you need to place a deposit first.

The room was literally a small cubicle and so there was not much moving around, except to be in the bed. Actually, the bathroom had more space to be comfortable in, although just very basic. The WiFi did not work and so I missed on on some important transactions and communications. I had to go out into the hallway to get signal to communicate the following morning. The view to the river was the best thing about being in the hotel, we could look outside. This hotel is best if most of your time will be spent outside and you are only coming in to sleep and freshen up, then it’s ok. If comfort, modern ambience and technology are important, then you need to make decision with these things in mind. We appreciated the gift token at the end of our stay, it put a smile on our face.

Generally, a good location to stay. it's very near everything you will need,. As it is on the River, it's a good place to stay so you can stroll on the riverwalk to the bars and restaurants,. Two streets over is Jonker Street, so not a bad place. Some of the furniture is broken and dated.

Bilik sangat bersih. Toilet pun bersih. Cuma takde iron dalam bilik je. Kena iron kat luar bilik. Tapi dekat je. Siang hari bising sikit bunyi motor kereta sebab betul2 tepi jalan. Waktu malam tenang je. Walking distance to jonker walk and ghost museum tu seminit jalan kaki dah sampai. Parking depan and belakang bangunan hotel ada byk je.

One of the worst stay in my life couldn’t believe in a tourist spot this hotel can be such a disappointment. Step in the room there is this pungent foul smell, pillow has blood stains +yellow stains. Next day went out for breakfast at 10+ am went back unable to unlock the room with no electricity although the check out time is 12 noon. Pay 20rm to use hair dryer but you get a refund during check out. Aircon not cold at all .The only good point to stay in this hotel is 15mins walk to night market.
